About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide quality support to customers who use our products across various geographies
2. Be customer-facing and responsible for promptly and professionally answering incoming calls, and emails and should have good communication skills
3. Provide functional solutions for the product and route the technical ones to the respective teams
4. Address customer issues and sort them as per SLAs
4. Understand the customer needs and/or gather appropriate information to timely resolve the service request in the ticketing tool

Other requirements

1. Graduates, Post Graduates, and Students in their final semester are preferred for this role.
