Hospitality Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling Check-In/Check-Out: Greet guests warmly, facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs, and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
2. Guest Communication and Booking Conversion: Communicate effectively with guests via phone, email, and in-person to answer queries, provide information about our properties, and convert inquiries into bookings
3. Data Management and Analysis: Maintain accurate guest records, analyze booking trends, generate reports, and utilize data insights to optimize occupancy rates and improve guest satisfaction
4. Other Essential Tasks: Assist with property maintenance coordination, inventory management, and collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations
