Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. legal research
2. legal analysis
3. legal documentation and contract drafting
4. court filings and hearings
5. maintaining case records, files, and databases
6. keeping up-to-date with domestic, international laws
7. blockchain, crypto, web3 laws

Learning Opportunities include:

1. Conduct legal research on diverse topics and compile information to support legal analysis and decision-making
2. Hone the ability to draft a diverse range of legal documents crucial for various types of legal aspects, including without limitation, Civil/Criminal Complaints, Petitions, Plaints, Written Statements, Arguments, Notices, Agreement of/for Service, Investment Agreements, Shareholding Agreements, SAFTs, HR/Legal Documentation, Click-wrap/Browse-wrap Agreements, EULAs, Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies etc.
3. Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the legal team, including but not limited to, scheduling internship interviews, client calls and internal team calls/discussions
4. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and messages, with professionalism and confidentiality
5. Perform essential legal tasks such as court filings, organizing, and maintaining case records, files, and databases
6. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal information and documents
7. Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
