Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to the organization's activities or cases
2. Assisting in ensuring that the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards by conducting compliance audits, guiding legal requirements, and developing compliance programs
3. Conducting due diligence reviews for corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, or other business activities to identify legal risks and liabilities
