Currently, our focus is on reducing maternal morbidity through our trademarked LifeCourse application.
Description: We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer with expertise in design thinking and behavior science to join our team. As a Front-End Developer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also rooted in psychological principles to influence user behavior positively. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team of designers, UX researchers, and behavioral scientists to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Utilize design thinking methodologies to understand user needs, gather insights, and ideate innovative solutions for digital interfaces.
2. Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and design mockups into responsive and interactive front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Apply principles of behavior science, including cognitive psychology and behavioral economics, to design interfaces that influence user behavior and decision-making.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate on interface designs based on user feedback

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in UX/UI design or behavior science is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in developing visually appealing and user-centric interfaces.
3. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
4. Deep understanding of design principles, user experience best practices, and design thinking methodologies.
5. Familiarity with behavior science models and frameworks (e.g., BJ Foggs Behavior Model, Hook Model) and their application in interface design
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 600000 to 1100000 /year
