Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand and align with the company's strategic objectives and HR policies
2. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions
5. Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates
6. Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration for new employees
7. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
8. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
9. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
10. Stay updated on HR trends and legislation to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in HR practices
11. Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
2. Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the finance or fintech industry
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including resume screening and conducting interviews
