1. Assist in the recruitment process by drafting job postings, conducting initial screenings of resumes, and scheduling interviews with candidates
2. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities, coordinating events, and gathering feedback from staff
3. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
4. Assist in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Other requirements
1. Should have completed a Bachelors or Masterss degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
