About the internship
Responsibilities:
1. Help identify potential candidates through various channels. Support in screening resumes and initial candidate outreach.
2. Assist in scheduling and organizing interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements.
4. Engage with college placement cells and candidates, providing a positive and informative experience.
5. Aid in maintaining recruitment records and documentation. Support in other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
3. Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
4. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
