Marketing & Talent Acquisition Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Execute email marketing activities, including email list building, running email campaigns, and assessing the success of campaigns
2. Manage client relationships by regularly connecting with clients to understand and address their evolving requirements
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
4. Source candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks
5. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool
6. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate preferences
7. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding procedures

Qualification: MBA in sales & marketing/HR preferable
