We are seeking a dynamic Telecalling-HRIS intern for our renowned company, Across The Globe (ATG). If you have excellent spoken and written English proficiency and are a master at effective communication, this internship is perfect for you! Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting Tele-calling activities to connect with potential candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
2. Working on obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
3. Calling potential candidates on the onboarding group to submit the task as well as join the internship.
4. Collaborating with the HR team to support the execution of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
5. Participating in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
6. Assisting in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
7. Assisting in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
8. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and maintaining employee records.
