2. Supporting employee onboarding and orientation processes.
3. Assisting with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating databases.
4. Participating in training and development initiatives for staff members.
5. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations.
6. Providing support for employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
7. Collaborating with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
