1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools and software.
2. Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
3. Proven experience in writing and managing RFIs, bids, and tenders in a similar role, preferably within the technology or services industry.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and concise proposals.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and editing proposal content.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. A bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
