This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Key responsibilities include providing training and education on capital markets. You will develop and deliver training programs, conduct workshops and seminars, and provide individual coaching and mentoring to participants. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in capital markets and incorporating them into your training programs.
Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment strategies
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Experience in designing and delivering training programs
4. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with participants
6. Experience in the finance
