Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Client Handling: Interacting with clients over the phone calls, explaining to the client about the company, and our services, and resolving the client's issues
2. Calling customers on regular basis
3. Do lead adaptations
4. Maintaining office visit records, incoming call records
5. Taking client follow-ups regularly
6. Doing office visit generation and send reports to CRM and managers
7. Sending introduction mail and WhatsApp details to clients
8. Adding postings on the free property portal
9. Convincing clients for office visits

Criteria:

1. Candidates should have good communication skills
