- Wait five minutes for the password reset email to arrive
A. While logging-in, just click on ‘Forgot Password’ and then enter your registered email address. We will send you a link to reset your password to your registered email address and then you can enter the new password.
A. Please note that it is not mandatory to select your stream from the drop-down menu. You can write whichever stream you want in the stream section and then click on Save or Update. For eg. - Select your degree from the drop-down menu as Master of Arts (M.A.) and write your stream as Ancient History.
If you are still not able to find your degree in the drop-down menu then, please drop a query here regarding the same.
Note: Even if you are still pursuing the degree, mention it in your profile. In the 'end year' write the probable year in which you will be graduating.
A. If a skill that you want to add to your resume is not available in the ‘Skills’ section then please drop a query here regarding the same and we will look into the feasibility of adding that particular skill to our list. Also, in the meantime, you can add any relevant detail in the ‘Additional Skills’ section.
- Click on "View Details" to get details about the company and the profile.
Go through the details thoroughly and apply if your profile matches the requirements of the company.
If already a registered user, click on "Apply Now" and follow the mentioned steps to submit your application.
If not registered, please register at this link, and then follow the above process.
A. An application once submitted cannot be edited or canceled back. We would suggest you review the answers properly before submitting it in future.
A. Internshala issues a Certificate of Selection after 7 days of getting hired. It can be downloaded from your 'Applications'. In case your application status has not been updated to 'Hired', please write to us regarding the same and also attach the Offer Letter so that we can update your application status. You will be able to download the Certificate of Selection after 7 days.
For web users
Click on ‘change email id’ option
Type your new email id in the box
After this, a verification mail is sent to the new id and an alert mail on the new id
After verifying, you will be logged out of Internshala and redirected to the log-in page (this ensures the security of your account)
You are expected to log-in from your old email id and the password. Once you log in, your email id will be updated
For app users- We do not have the option of 'update email address' for the app users. You can drop a query here from the new email id, copying the current one (the id with which you are registered) and send it to us. We will update the account.
Click on the icon (first letter of your name) in the top right corner of the page.
Then, click on More > Manage Account > Delete My Account.
After this, a link will be sent to your registered email address. Once you click on the link, your Internshala account will be deleted.
2. For app users-
You can drop a query here from your registered email address and we will delete your account.
A. You cannot apply again to the same internship/job for which your application has been rejected. Please apply to other internships/jobs and increase your chances of getting hired.
For desktop/laptop users - the filter option will be on the left side of the page.
For mobile users - the filter option will be on the top of the page.
Also, you can subscribe to our weekly digest and we will send you a list of the latest internships and jobs as per your preferences (please make sure that your preferences are updated).
A. Absolutely not! It’s a free platform. You need not pay anything to apply on Internshala.
A. A campus ambassador is the face and voice of the company in his/her campus. As a campus ambassador, you will be responsible for organizing various marketing and promotional activities such as hosting workshops, seminars, social media promotions, and so on.

A. Yes, you can apply to the internships and jobs on Internshala. The details regarding visa and accommodation would be given by the employer once you are hired.
A. Usually, it takes 2-3 weeks for the employer to go through all the applications and shortlist the applicants. However, it is possible that if you don't get a response from the employer within this duration or your application status remains 'Applied' or 'Seen', it is best that you apply for other internships/jobs.
A. It means that you have successfully applied and your application has been shared with the employer.
A. It means that your application has been seen by the employer and they will get in touch with you if they like your application.
A. It means that the internship or job was removed from our website as it was found to be violating our policies. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
A. It means that you have been hired and the employer will get in touch with more details or you may get in touch with them. Contact details of the employer have been sent to your email address. Congratulations!

A. Don't worry! Attach the offer letter and please drop a query here. We will update the status to 'Hired'.
A. Please do not pay anything to the employer as it is strictly against the policy of Internshala to charge students. Drop a query here regarding the issue and attach the offer letter along with your email/text conversation with the employer. We will look into the issue and take necessary actions. We recommend you to not continue with the internship/job until the issue is resolved, however, if you still want to continue, you may proceed at your own discretion.
A. If you come across any such incident where the stipend/salary mentioned on Internshala and the offer letter do not match, then, please drop a query here and also attach the offer letter along with your email/text conversation with the employer. We will go through the issue and take necessary actions. However, if you want to continue and accept the offer made by the employer, you may do so at your discretion.
A. In that case, please write an email to the employer regarding the issue and also try to connect with them over phone or text messages. If you do not get a response within 2-3 days or the employer refuses to give you the stipend or completion certificate, then drop a query here regarding the same and also attach your offer letter and the email/text conversation you were having with the employer so that we can go through the issue and take necessary actions.
A. Please try to follow-up with the employer after some time. If you are still not able to establish a contact, please drop a query here and we will look into the issue and will try to contact the employer from our end.
Please confirm if you were contacted by the employer before getting hired for the internship (interviewed or given an assignment).
